InteriorWorx Commercial Flooring has proudly served the Phoenix Valley for over 25 years. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing Special Services Division.
We're hiring both experienced flooring installers and motivated individuals interested in learning a specialized trade.
Our team specializes in:
- Concrete grinding and polishing.
- Epoxy flooring systems (flake, quartz, metallic, and solid color).
- Self-leveling underlayments and polishable overlays.
- Concrete surface preparation, coating removal, and repairs.
- Raised Access Flooring, Ceramic Wall Panels and basic floor covering repairs.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability.
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well with a team.
- Experience in commercial flooring is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding work.
- Flexibility to work occasional nights or weekends.
Experienced installers: We value individuals who bring technical knowledge, quality workmanship, and a commitment to doing the job right.
Entry-level applicants: No flooring experience? We're willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate good character, dependability, and a desire to learn.
This position focuses on specialized commercial flooring systems, not traditional concrete pouring, forming, or flatwork.
