InteriorWorx Commercial Flooring is a contractor with over 25 years of service throughout the Valley. We serve a wide range of industries, including multi-family and build to rent housing projects. We are seeking an experienced full-time Estimator. This role will be responsible for preparing estimates for construction projects.
Primary Responsibilities:

- Review construction documents and assess scope of work.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and estimates of probable costs of material and labor for construction projects based on construction documents, contract bids, quotations, design or schematic drawings and specifications.
- Identify any omissions or inaccuracies in plans received from architect.
- Maintain estimating computer files, including bid documents and plans.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in estimating required.
- Build to rent or multi-family flooring experience and thorough knowledge of all types of floor covering materials are required.
- Proficient with estimating software; RFMS Measure experience is a plus.
- Must have proven high skill level to interpret blueprints and other project documents, including but not limited to, specifications, reporting and quality requirements.
- Proficient with MS Office software.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects/estimates and present a high level of organization while meeting bid deadlines.
- Must be self-motivated and positive.
- Must be able to understand and write change orders as needed.
- Strong computer and writing skills.
- References required.
Willing to consider a junior estimator/trainee with strong technical college background and experience reading blueprints that is computer literate and learns fast.
